The basic function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to answer phones promptly and provide excellent customer service. CSR must convert incoming customer calls into dispatches and forward to Dispatcher. Must effectively handle service calls projecting a professional image and establish a rapport with customers. Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
