With your first contact, one of our well trained office personnel will go over your situation and schedule a service call at a time that is convenient for you. A uniformed technician will arrive at your home in a clearly marked company vehicle. Every one of our employees has passed an Annual, thorough background and motor vehicle records check, as well as drug screening. All have participated in Safety Training and many Continuing Education Programs specific to their areas of specialization and expertise. Our technicians will perform on-site assessment and provide you with no-surprises up front pricing whenever possible. You will know the problem and approve all work before it is performed. We use shoe covers, drop cloths – whatever is necessary to protect your home or office. After completing the task, the work area will be left sparkling clean.
